Prices and Currency
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
The products on sale on the web site OPIFICIOV.COM are destined to the Final Customer ( see details on: Site Policy – Final Customer), it is therefore not possible to enter the VAT information.
OpificioV reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of their products. These changes will not, however, effective against customers who have already completed an order.
To help clients approximate the Euro values in their local currency, the web site has a currency converter feature. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.
OPIFICIO V encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.
To purchase one or more products , the Customer must:
- Register on the Website, by providing Opifcio V, in accordance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data, all the data necessary to allow OpificioV to execute the orders placed.
- Then the customer can select one or more products by placing them in a "shopping cart" virtual , which can always be viewed before forwarding the Order.
- If you click on the button "Check Out " button, you will forward the Order . During the formulation of the Order and until it is effectively forwarded the Customer have, however, the opportunity to review the data entered by clicking the "Back" button , so as to identify and correct any incorrect information.
- If you click on the button "Finish Order" You will place your Order . Each Forwarded Order construed in such manner is, to all intents and purposes, an accepted Contract by the customer.
- Once You have placed an order You will receive an email confirmation by Opificio V as receipt of the Order itself. By sending this e-mail Opificio V will, furthermore , inform the customer if the order can be accepted or not ( the Order Confirmation ).
Opificio V has the right to accept or decline any orders received without , in case of rejection , the Client having rights or claims against Opificio V in any way
The Customer shall pay the full price of the Products ordered , when forwarding the Order. It is understood that in the event of non-acceptance of the Order , Opificio V will promptly refund to Customer any amounts already paid.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Banca Sella which accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners.

Credit Card Security
Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.
Opificio V advises Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard. For more information, please visit www.visa.com or www.mastercard.com
Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly.
Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).
Bank Wire Transfer
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for OpificioV. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in Opificio V’s bank account.
It is mandatory that the Client send a scan of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached OpificioV’s bank account.
If the scan of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.
The merchandise will be shipped once Opificio V has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
OpificioV welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
For Credit Card and paypal payments Opificio V can request that Banca Sella contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges or to double check the account information with Paypal. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Opificio V also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
Clients who have been sent a OPIFICIOV PROMO CODE by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. PROMO CODES can be used in conjunction with Store Credit Vouchers.
Store Credit can be requested in lieu of refunds for returned merchandise and other cases when the requested item may not be available. Store Credit can be used only once within 90 days of issuance in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City are via DHL or other courier chosen by OpificioV and are free.
Invoices will be issued in electronic format only.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the day after the order placement from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday). In all cases, Opificio V reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Opificio V ships worldwide using DHL EXPRESS delivery.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
USA and Canada: 1-3 days, according to the final destination
Europe: 1 day for major cities / 2-3 days for remote areas
South America: 3-4 days
Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 days
Australia and Oceania: 2-3 days for major cities / 4-5 days for remote areas
Africa: 2-4 days
OpificioV shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Opificio V.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from OpificioV specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
Successful Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Opificio V packages are carefully sealed in a box with an adhesive tape with Opificio V logo print tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Opificio V at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Opificio V commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 10days of the merchandise's delivery date.
E-mail email@example.com to request a Return Authorization . Please include the Order Number (T#######), the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size exchange, store credit or a refund. Once You have received the return request, Opificio V will send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization
The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Clients can choose between three compensation options:
- Size exchange: Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
- Store Credit: can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return; is not cumulative with other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted; or orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company; Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
- Returns must be shipped within 10 days of the order delivery date.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.)received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Opificio V reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Opificio V will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
